Barossa Valley, South Australia
A generous palate with loads of boysenberry, chocolate and plum cake. The wine has a silky texture and finishes with velvet-like tannins, making it a delight to drink. The Shiraz grapes are picked earlier than most in the region, for spicier flavours, softer mouthfeel and slightly lower alcohol percentage. The Paradox is matured for 15 months in new and older French oak.
