A tiny amount of skins from the white grape Viognier have been added to the fermentation of elegant Shiraz grapes to produce this wine. Impressively aromatic and perfumed showing purple fruits, violets and dark cherries. A fragrant, seductive and alluring wine, it is smooth, fleshy, spicy and balanced with a long finish. Matured for 14 months in 23% new French oak, balance in one year and older French oak.
